What this app does

This app helps your team verify High Ticket merchandise received on trucks, work Produce and Annual Event counts, and manage custom store-specific lists in one place.

High Ticket

Upload the trailer report for the day, open the correct trailer, then scan or enter quantities as merchandise is verified. Use Submit when the day is complete so the app can generate the normal High Ticket results and exports.

High Ticket AM

Select High Ticket AM from the center list menu to load the previous day's counted High Ticket items. This list is meant to be verified in the morning before the merchandise is stocked.

Produce

Select Produce from the center list menu to load Produce items for the active Produce window. Produce uses items from 8:00 AM same day through 7:59 AM the following day, then rolls forward again at 8:00 AM.

Custom Lists

Use the center list menu and tap Create to build your own store-specific lists. Custom lists stay separate from High Ticket, High Ticket AM, Produce, and Annual Event.

Annual Event

Use the center list menu to switch to Annual Event. Annual Event loads the Annual Event list for your store so you can work those counts independently from High Ticket.

Scan an item

Open the correct list, tap Scan, and scan the UPC with your camera or scanner. If the item is already on the active list, the app opens that item so you can review quantity and verify it. If it is not required for the active list, you can add it when needed.

Upload from Case Visibility

Open the menu and tap Upload. Export the trailer Excel file from Case Visibility, then upload that file into the app for the correct day. When the upload finishes, the trailer and required items are loaded so your team can begin working the list.

Auto Email

Open the menu and tap Auto Email. Enter your Walmart email address and add it to the list for the store. Everyone shown in the current list will receive the submission email for that store when that workflow sends email.

Admin tab basics

Use the Admin tab to manage store settings such as thresholds, Produce options, and other configuration values used when reports are loaded and items are scanned.
